These terms apply to your use of Hekaty at hekaty.com (the “Service”). The Service is operated by İbrahim Öztürk (“we”, “us”). Hekaty uses AI to turn a short brief into marketing content: short videos (script, visuals, voice-over, music, captions), carousel slides and logos. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password safe. To prevent abuse, one account is allowed per person, device and internet connection, and we may ask you to verify your e-mail address.
The Service runs on credits. Each job (video, slides, logo, image) uses the number of credits shown before you start it, based on your settings; if a job cannot be completed, its credits are returned to your account.
Plans are sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically each period until cancelled. A plan’s credits are added to your account every month (monthly on yearly plans too). Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it handles payments, invoices, taxes and refunds, and your card details never reach us. Prices are shown on the Plans page; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from “Manage subscription” on the Plans page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your plan until then. Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
The files you upload and the briefs you write remain yours; we process them only to create the content you ask for and to provide the Service. To the extent permitted by law, you may use the outputs the Service creates for you freely, including commercially. AI outputs may resemble other content; we do not guarantee their originality or that they do not infringe third-party rights.
Some stock footage and photos used in videos come from third-party sources under licences that allow commercial use (e.g. Pexels, Mixkit, Creative Commons); those licences also apply.
If you choose to share content in the community, you allow us to show it on Hekaty’s public pages; you can remove it at any time.
You may not use the Service for:
If these rules are broken we may remove content and suspend or close the account.
The Service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may close accounts for serious breaches of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes on the site or by e-mail; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts; for other disputes the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
